Farmer’s Milk Cafe & Bakery (Wesley Chapel)

Officially opened August 17, 2026, Farmer’s Milk is the American branch of a Ukranian farm-to-table cafe concept founded by Taras Moroz. It is known for its fresh dairy, pastries, and European comfort food. The menu includes all-day breakfast, specialty coffee, custom cakes, house-made yogurt and ice cream!

Initial reactions were “warm and friendly atmosphere, fresh and delicious food, dopamine boosting design. Favorites include pistachio croissants, Napoleon cake, Basque Cheesecake, and syrniki.

Trattoria Nappoli (Zephyrhills)

Trattoria Nappoli is a modern Italian restaurant in downtown Zephyrhills (7th Street), led by chef-owner Matthew Zappoli - a Brooklyn native and CIA grad with over 30 years of experience.

Opened in late July 2026, it offers a refined yet inviting atmosphere with about 120-128 seats. The menu features house-made pasta, wood-fored pizza, seafood, steaks, wine and cocktails. Customer favorites are Millie’s Meatballs (his grandmother’s recipe), short-rib agnolotti, filet mignon, and the cheesecake!

R2 Pub (New Port Richey)

R2 Pub is a veteran-owned sports bar and pub in New Port Richey (former River Ridge Golf Club site), open since March 2026.

Expect classic pub fare like burgers, sandwiches, pizza, wings, tenders and plenty of TVs. Guests praise the burgers, wings, and family friendly atmosphere. It also offers a large private event space available for rent - ideal for meetings, parties, and gatherings.

The Roost Market Cafe (Dade City)

Open since June 2026, The Roost Market Cafe is a cozy, family-owned and operated breakfast and lunch spot in downtown Dade City. It serves fresh deli sandwiches, breakfast, coffee, and desserts in a friendly neighborhood vibe.

Customer favorites include the Nola Muffuletta, Cigar City Cuban, Medici Melt, The Real Deal Reuben, and their cafe con leche.

Stillwaters Tavern (Land O Lakes)

Stillwaters Tavern opened its Land O’ Lakes doors in June 2026 at the Hub at Bexley alongside its sister restaurant Bellabrava. This American scratch kitchen and bar is the fun Florida rooted spin-off of the popular St. Pete Beach Drive original. They serve elevated comfort food using local ingredients, craft beers and cocktails.

Customer favorites are the Birria Grilled Cheese, Chicken Jager Schnitzel, Tavern Pot Roast, house-made sausages with Cuban bread, Cedar Plank Salmon, and the Goliath Tomahawk Short Rib, and the Tavern Burger.
